At our Leadership Coffee Morning we discussed ways in which schools can improve teacher wellbeing. Natasha Mann, an Assistant Headteacher and Wellbeing Trainer, was a guest speaker who provided practical ways schools can work on improving wellbeing that aren’t expensive or time-consuming school-wide initiatives, but can still yield big results, perfect for those who are looking to make a start on teacher wellness.
“Think big but start small - trying to do too much too soon can overwhelm people. Creating a micro plan is a great way to start.”
Natasha Mann
We’ve turned Natasha’s advice into a poster that can be displayed either in your office, the classroom or as a hand-out at your next wellbeing event.
