Our free Audit is powered by our wellbeing tool, Satchel Pulse. We will create an account for your school and add you as the main contact to give you full control.

You’ll have a short call with an education consultant to discuss timelines, provide information about your school and ask any questions you may have. We can then create an account for your school and get started.
Our short wellbeing survey will be sent to your students by email on a date of your choice. The questions were designed by experts to cover the 8 key areas of student wellbeing and are quick to answer, as well as age appropriate.
Your Education Consultant will explore your individual results with you, helping you to explore your newly collected data. You’ll now have evidence that you have tracked wellbeing in your school, taken action to improve it, and monitored trends over time.
Survey questions and reminders are sent automatically to your staff. This takes the legwork out of beginning to track and understand wellbeing.
Respondents answer questions that make up the 8 key areas of wellbeing and culture of a school.
Surveys are answered by indicating on an emotive sliding scale how much a respondent agrees or disagrees with the statement.
At the end of the wellbeing audit you will see how staff as a whole, or a breakdown of groups and departments, feel about 8 key areas.
How they tie into your wellbeing audit
A school’s culture is made up of the shared values, beliefs, rules, behaviours, learning models and relationship styles that they encourage.
The link between health, wellbeing and positive academic performance is clear. Healthy students are more alert, engaged and learn better.
Students who are happy and satisfied with their lives tend to be more engaged with their schoolwork and more resilient to academic setbacks.
Great teachers make learning fun. Students pay more attention and learn better when they are both challenged and interested.
A positive school environment is defined as a school having appropriate facilities, accessible health support and a fair disciplinary policy.
Schools should aim to create an inclusive environment where students are encouraged to work together, nurturing peer relationships.
Positive teacher-student relationships promote a sense of school belonging and encourage students to engage with their work.
An effective school management system will both recognise and reward good behaviour, showing that no positive effort goes unnoticed.
