A snapshot of how the Satchel community have been using Satchel One and Microsoft Teams together amid remote learning
Live lessons continue aplenty ... students need to check the timetable function on SMHW (SatchelOne) each day to access these lessons on TEAMS. Issues with access or tech, please email: email@example.com & don't forget your daily tutor check in at 10.15am pic.twitter.com/cJRxcTN4eX
Fantastic to see everyone's commitment to learning yesterday. So many pupils logging into live lessons on Microsoft Teams and accessing our pre-recorded lessons on Show My Homework. Looking forward to seeing you all as the week progresses. pic.twitter.com/Xa0ylRjHQC
Every year group should be accessing all lessons online using Microsoft Teams with lessons uploaded on Show My Homework following the normal school day. The Academy remains open for our vulnerable students and children of key-workers. #WeAreSTAR#teamwork#ambitionpic.twitter.com/NAOkOuY757

Great 1st DM of the term this morning although slightly strange! Ready to tackle this new term with new ideas using online learning. All classes keep your eyes peeled for notifications from us on Show My Homework and Teams! #collaboration 🎶
Good morning Scientists 🧪🧬💡 please make sure you are continuing to check Show My Homework and Teams for activities to complete! Contact your teacher if you are unsure of anything and remember to try your best each day 🤩👌🏼 #wecandothis#positivemindsetpic.twitter.com/MhiURIOLAo
Really looking forward to speaking with young people @PeeblesHigh tomorrow during your S1 / S3 / S4 and S5 course choice assemblies. See Satchel:One notice board and MS Teams for details. Our Hear Prefects will also be there to give your their advice.
Got into a nice routine with remote learning. All classes start on teams with an explanation of the tasks and sometimes delivering a bit of content. Then kids head of to do interactive quizzes, worksheets or composing activities and submit work on Satchel One. Job done!
I hope everyone is safe & well. ❤️ Just a reminder. Remote learning for all this week starting tomorrow. Please engage with Satchel One & Outlook. External exams running as normal this week. Good luck!Y13 due to return Monday 11th Jan, with Year 12 the following week on the 18th.
Due to the imposed School Closures, Academy students should switch to Online Learning as of Monday 11th January. Students should ensure that they visit GLOW, Teams and Show My Homework every morning to make sure they know what is expected of them.
