Host: Bex hopes to bring a bit of humour and humility to yoga and wellbeing through her classes and writing. Having trained in India, the Netherlands and London, she now teaches ashtanga, vinyasa, yin and pregnancy yoga, with meditation and breathwork. As part of Au Natch (aunatch.co.uk), she holds classes and workshops across studios, offices, co-living spaces and charities

We'll develop the flowing transitions of vinyasa yoga, introducing triangle poses and twists within poses we tried in the first class.

Class requirements

You will need a laptop or device with internet connection to watch the class. Students will also need a clear space (about 70 inches long and 25 inches wide) and ideally a yoga/exercise mat.
