Personal Fitness: HIIT Class

Host:  I’m Patrick. I’m a personal trainer at PureGym Billericay, I’m here to help you get fit and keep active.

I’m going to show you my favourite workouts to do at home with no equipment, all you need is yourself.  There’ll be two rounds of 8 exercises that involve 30 seconds of working followed by 30 seconds of resting (and a warm up and cool down).

Safeguarding reminder:  We know that the safety of your child is of the utmost important. This is why we use Zoom's Webinar feature to provide our live classes, where by default, your child's webcam and microphone are disabled.

Class requirements

You will need a laptop or device with internet connection to watch the class, and you will require space to work out in, you also have the option of using a yoga mat to work on (optional).
